Alan joined bkg Service Corporation in 2004. He brought with him 17 years of acquisition and development experience at public and private hotel companies. He immediately implemented new systems and controls at bkg that almost doubled the company’s size.

Over the years, Alan has managed highly sophisticated renovations for some of the country’s most iconic luxury hotels. Known for his meticulously crafted budgets and scrutiny of schedules, clients depend on Alan for high-quality results.

Resort clients trust Alan to direct their storm-restoration efforts. They count on his expertise to help them navigate complicated tasks like filing insurance claims, addressing seawall erosion, and developing a more resilient infrastructure.

Alan’s unique understanding of the hospitality landscape allows him to successfully guide owners of historic hotels as they blend modern designs and amenities with the property’s deep-seated culture.

Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Lisa. They have two children and one vivacious dog.

Bryan joined bkg Service Corporation in 2017. He brought with him 12 years of construction real estate, sales, marketing, and finance experience from one of the nation’s largest home builders, NVR Inc.

During his time at bkg, Bryan has managed more than $300 million in complex hospitality construction projects.

Over the years, Bryan has guided many clients through daunting recovery challenges after natural disasters. He has helped hotel owners identify unique solutions such as HVAC systems that address climate imbalances.  Select-Service hotel owners appreciate Bryan’s expertise in their fast-growing market. During projects, he masterfully identifies opportunities to stay efficient, organized, and fiscally responsible.   Bryan excels at accomplishing seamless hotel brand transitions. He works side-by-side with hotel ownership to ensure that even the smallest details are considered and addressed.

Clients value Bryan’s careful consideration of their budgetary guidelines. He carefully stewards their accounts the way he would his own bank account. Customers also appreciate his friendly, light-hearted approach. Bryan understands the stressful nature of these projects and strives to provide clients with peace of mind.  

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He lives in Frisco with his wife, Tammy. They have three children and a family dog. Bryan is also an avid golfer.
